SUS304不銹鋼清洗儲(chǔ)液箱、 國(guó)內(nèi)高壓水泵、化工泵、管道泵，均按照客戶需求量身定做。可連續(xù)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作、內(nèi)置式發(fā)熱系統(tǒng)、可調(diào)式溫度控制系統(tǒng)、及操作簡(jiǎn)便、可按客戶要求設(shè)計(jì)及制造 。

(3)可采用鍍鋅及不銹鋼外殼，內(nèi)部配噴淋管道，封閉經(jīng)過(guò)式通道。整機(jī)為全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，采用不銹鋼或(方通)骨架焊接而成，清洗機(jī)上罩部分采用單層結(jié)構(gòu)，采用不銹鋼鋼板制作，外貼有保溫層，降低能耗。

儲(chǔ)液箱采用單層結(jié)構(gòu)，采用SUS304不銹鋼板制作；內(nèi)部用隔板分成幾個(gè)區(qū)域，分別實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)清洗液的過(guò)濾、鐵屑的沉淀、濾油、分油；儲(chǔ)液箱設(shè)有補(bǔ)水口、排液口、溢水口。底部為兩邊向中間傾斜，清洗液從液箱底部的排液口集中排出。

液箱裝有液位控制器，液位異常時(shí)及時(shí)提醒補(bǔ)水、停水。異常情況實(shí)現(xiàn)緊急停機(jī)。

防銹箱內(nèi)部裝有不銹鋼電加熱器，在30～60分鐘內(nèi)將液體由室溫升使用溫度。溫度自動(dòng)控制在10～90℃范圍，人工設(shè)定、自動(dòng)控制。設(shè)有溫控儀表自動(dòng)顯示。液箱外貼保溫棉，防止熱量散發(fā)。
