噴淋清洗機(jī)可能有一個(gè)或多個(gè)清洗槽。單腔清洗機(jī)可能只有一個(gè)清洗模式，或者可以在一個(gè)清洗槽內(nèi)進(jìn)行清洗、漂洗和干燥。多清洗槽設(shè)備可能有兩個(gè)或三個(gè)獨(dú)立的槽，每個(gè)槽進(jìn)行不同的功能。須按照廠商使用說(shuō)明來(lái)正確地準(zhǔn)備設(shè)備。在使用超聲設(shè)備之前，須采取以下步驟:：

The spray washer may have one or more tanks. Single chamber cleaners may have only one cleaning mode, or they can be cleaned, rinsed and dried in one tank. Multi tank equipment may have two or three separate tanks, each with a different function. The equipment must be properly prepared in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Before using ultrasonic equipment, the following steps must be taken:

（1）每次使用前檢查清洗機(jī)和電源線是否損壞。如果注意到有損壞，請(qǐng)停止使用，維修之后方能再次使用。

(1) Check whether the cleaning machine and power cord are damaged before each use. If any damage is noticed, please stop using it and use it again after maintenance.

（2）檢查清洗劑的量，確保整個(gè)輪班期間有足夠的清洗劑。用于超聲清洗機(jī)的清洗劑應(yīng)得到批準(zhǔn)，且應(yīng)低泡、易漂洗、、無(wú)非磨損，建議是可生物降解的。

(2) Check the amount of cleaning agent to ensure that there is sufficient detergent throughout the shift. The cleaning agent used in ultrasonic cleaning machine shall be approved, and shall be low foaming, easy to rinse, non-toxic and non abrasion, and it is recommended to be biodegradable.

（3）清洗槽應(yīng)少每天清洗、、沖洗和烘干。根據(jù)器械的污染程度和/或清洗溶液是否污染，應(yīng)更頻繁地進(jìn)行清洗槽維護(hù)。嚴(yán)重污染的溶液可能會(huì)控制超聲清洗過(guò)程的有效性，這將要求更頻繁地更換溶液（包括每次使用后）。

(3) The tank should be cleaned, disinfected, washed and dried at least daily. Depending on the degree of contamination of the device and / or whether the cleaning solution is contaminated, the tank maintenance should be performed more frequently. Heavily contaminated solutions may control the effectiveness of the ultrasonic cleaning process, which will require more frequent solution replacement (including after each use).

（4）在清洗槽中放滿水添加經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的清洗劑。如果須人工添加清洗劑，請(qǐng)確保適量（混合過(guò)多或過(guò)少都會(huì)影響清洗過(guò)程）。

(4) Fill the tank with water and add an approved cleaning agent. If it is necessary to add the cleaning agent manually, make sure that it is appropriate (too much or too little mixing will affect the cleaning process).

（5） 超聲槽排氣。將一個(gè)經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的空金屬網(wǎng)籃放入艙內(nèi)，按照廠商使用說(shuō)明運(yùn)行周期。排氣作用會(huì)將去除溶液中影響清洗過(guò)程的空氣和氣體。每次更換溶液后都應(yīng)進(jìn)行排氣過(guò)程。注意:新型號(hào)的超聲清洗機(jī)可以自動(dòng)給溶液排氣。在排氣后，設(shè)備即可直接使用。

(5) Exhaust air from ultrasonic tank. Put an approved empty metal basket into the cabin and operate according to the manufacturer's instructions. The exhaust action will remove the air and gas from the solution that affects the cleaning process. Exhaust process should be carried out after each solution change. Note: the new type of ultrasonic cleaning machine can automatically exhaust the solution. After exhausting, the equipment can be used directly.

（6）每次周期后應(yīng)檢查清潔溶液。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)污染物，則應(yīng)在后續(xù)使用前將清洗槽完全排干，清潔，重新裝水和排氣。

(6) The cleaning solution should be checked after each cycle. If contaminants are found, the tank should be completely drained, cleaned, refilled with water and vented before subsequent use.
