　　1、超聲波換能器：由電源變壓器及整流系統(tǒng)、振蕩器、推動(dòng)劑、動(dòng)率放大器及輸出變壓器等組成，它能將電能轉(zhuǎn)換成機(jī)械能，換能器將高頻電能轉(zhuǎn)換成機(jī)械能之后，會(huì)產(chǎn)生振幅極小的高頻振動(dòng)并傳播到清洗槽中。通過(guò)機(jī)械能的作用將清洗物件的污物，使被清洗的物件煥然一新。

　　1. Ultrasonic transducer: composed of power transformer and rectification system, oscillator, propellant, power amplifier, and output transformer, it can convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. After converting high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical energy, the transducer will generate high-frequency vibration with extremely small amplitude and transmit it to the cleaning tank. By the action of mechanical energy, the dirt on the cleaned object is removed, making the cleaned object look brand new.

　　2、清洗槽：一般是由不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作而成，因?yàn)椴讳P鋼材質(zhì)的耐腐蝕能力強(qiáng)，能夠保證清洗槽長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用，清洗槽上還可以安裝加熱及控溫裝置，用于控制清洗溶液的溫度，不銹鋼槽與箱架之間墊有減振裝置。

　　3、箱體：面板上裝又電流表、電源開(kāi)關(guān)、輸出插座、頻率相功串調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕；其后面裝有電源進(jìn)線插座及保險(xiǎn)管，超聲波清洗機(jī)的電源一定要安裝過(guò)流保護(hù)線路，保證使用性。

　　3. Box: The panel is equipped with an ammeter, power switch, output socket, and frequency phase power series adjustment knob; It is equipped with a power inlet socket and a safety tube behind it.
