1、超聲波換能器脫落，這種情況多見于使用時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室清洗器，因?yàn)榇蟛糠謴S家實(shí)驗(yàn)室用超聲波清洗器采用不銹鋼拉伸槽，換能器固定只能靠粘膠劑固定，使用時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)，一般兩三年后，換能器就會(huì)脫落；工業(yè)用超聲波清洗機(jī)，多采用螺釘加粘膠的固定方式，一般很少出現(xiàn)這種情況。

避免換能器脫落有效的方法是平時(shí)使用中注意不撞擊振動(dòng)面。振動(dòng)面穿孔，一般換能器滿負(fù)荷使用年以后可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)振動(dòng)面穿孔的情況，這是由于振動(dòng)面的不銹鋼板長(zhǎng)時(shí)間高頻振動(dòng)疲勞所，振動(dòng)面穿孔說明換能器的使用壽命已經(jīng)到了，一般只能更換。

2、超聲波換能器炸裂，工業(yè)用超聲波清洗機(jī)這種問題較為常見，這是有螺釘焊接質(zhì)量差，不銹鋼清洗槽表面不平等原因造成的，另外液體滴在換能器上也會(huì)造成換能器炸裂。這種情況下要將炸裂換能器卸下，并對(duì)超聲波清洗槽進(jìn)行整形，然后再重新粘結(jié)換能器。

2. 3、換能器過熱，一般清洗槽裝水并開機(jī)工作一段時(shí)間后，換能器會(huì)慢慢升溫。如果在眾多的換能器中某個(gè)換能器溫升特別快，則表明該換能器可能粘結(jié)不好.因?yàn)榇藭r(shí)聲輻射不好，電能量大部分消耗在換能器上而發(fā)熱。另一個(gè)方法是在小信號(hào)條件下逐個(gè)測(cè)量換能器的電阻抗大小來判別粘結(jié)質(zhì)量。

4、超聲波換能器衰減，一般超聲波清洗機(jī)使用2年以上，換能器會(huì)形成一定的衰減，震動(dòng)效果會(huì)變得很差，此時(shí)，維修后使用壽命也不會(huì)太長(zhǎng)，維修成本也不低，這樣就可以考慮更換新的清洗機(jī)。

4.
