把全自動(dòng)超聲波清洗機(jī)所需膠接的超聲波換能器、缸體停止噴沙處置，噴沙膠接面應(yīng)盡量毛，噴沙使用30目的金剛沙，沙子必須堅(jiān)持枯燥并常常挑選(每次放入沙箱時(shí)都要挑選)，噴沙時(shí)緊縮空氣的壓力應(yīng)≥6KG，并經(jīng)過(guò)氣源處置器后的高壓空氣。

把處置好的全自動(dòng)超聲波清洗機(jī)缸體放在膠接平板上放好，并用丙酮在膠接處用棉布再擦拭一遍。把處置好的超聲波換能器膠接面用丙酮再用棉布再擦試一遍。后預(yù)熱1-2分鐘。(每次配置的膠水不能太多，以一次膠接20-30頭為準(zhǔn))膠水配置為5G/頭、比例為1：0.4(膠粘劑比固化劑、應(yīng)盡量準(zhǔn)確)。把缸體和超聲波換能器冷卻到40℃左右時(shí)停止膠接，膠接時(shí)辨別在缸體和超聲波換能器上平均涂上膠水，兩頭放上網(wǎng)布，然后用力壓緊，膠接速度要快，每次配置膠水后膠接日子不要超越10分鐘上(要求預(yù)備任務(wù)做的充沛)。膠完后停止加壓處置。

6、固化

把膠好的缸體放入無(wú)塵烘箱停止固化，固化溫度一次加溫為40-50℃固化30分鐘后，二次加溫到60-70℃固化30分鐘后再三次加溫到80℃固化2小時(shí)后自然固化24小時(shí)后檢測(cè)連線。固化加溫用程控智能溫控儀控制。

全自動(dòng)超聲波清洗機(jī)對(duì)固化好的超聲波換能器停止檢測(cè)，每個(gè)換能器(60W、22、25、28KHZ)的膠接阻抗約在250Ω左右，不能超越300Ω，并對(duì)換能器特性停止檢測(cè)(不能有雜波)，同個(gè)缸體上的超聲波換能器阻抗值應(yīng)盡量接近分歧，不能超越均勻值的20%(約±50Ω)，對(duì)不契合要求的超聲波換能器撤除重新膠接。
